The Cage Kit for Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera by SmallRig is designed to enhance handheld shooting, providing improved portability and accessory expansion. The kit includes a cage, a USB-C and HDMI cable clamp, and a comfortable top handle for convenient camera carrying and low-angle shots.
Capabilities
The cage and top handle offer a variety of expansion capabilities:
- Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching monitor mounts
- Multiple cold shoe mounts for microphones, video lights, and other accessories
- Built-in 3/8"-16 ARRI locating holes allow for the attachment of monitor mounts
- NATO rail on the left side accommodates accessories with a NATO clamp
- Compatible with Arca-type tripods
- Compatible with DJI RS series stabilizers, including RS 2, RS 3 Pro, and RS 4 Pro
Fastening
- USB-C and HDMI cable clamp is securely fastened to the left side of the cage with two M3 screws to prevent deflection
- A double-headed wrench is provided to tighten the screws and secure the cables
- Cage features dedicated wrist strap slots on both sides for added convenience
- Magnetic double-headed wrench facilitates easy assembly and disassembly
