Permutation is the third studio album by Amon Tobin, originally released on 1 June 1998 via Ninja Tune. To mark its 25th anniversary, Ninja Tune released a special reissue on 31 May 2024—this black vinyl 2×LP edition features a revamped die-cut gatefold sleeve with a window, new inner-sleeve artwork by original designer Kevin Foakes (Openmind) and premium press quality. The album itself remains a landmark of experimental breakbeat, IDM and electronic innovation.
