• Argon Audio CD1 – compact CD player built around a dedicated slot-loading CD drive, ESS ES9023 DAC, RCA line out plus coaxial and optical digital outputs, THD+N below 0.007 %, dimmable display, remote control and auto standby under 0.5 W. Same 25.2 cm footprint as the SA2. Black or White.
• Argon Audio Forus 55 (pair) – slim passive floorstanders with two 5.25-inch paper-cone woofers and a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter, 45–20,000 Hz, 4 Ω, 88 dB, magnetic front covers and gold-plated terminals. 86 × 17 × 26.6 cm, 12.2 kg each. Black, White or Walnut.

Why This Combination

• One network, one remote: the SA2 handles all the streaming, so the CD1 only has to do one thing well – play discs through its own ESS DAC into the amplifier's RCA input.
• Floorstanders without a subwoofer: two 5.25-inch woofers per side and 88 dB sensitivity give the Forus 55 real bass and easy volume from 100 W of Class D.
• Same footprint, same finishes: SA2 and CD1 stack as one 25.2 cm unit, and the speakers come in Black, White or Walnut to match or contrast.
